Nationally Recognized Endodontic Speaker, Educator, & Clinician Dr. David Landwehr

As a leading practitioner, educator and speaker, Dr. Landwehr, D.D.S., M.S. serves as a frequent lecturer and teacher for a variety of organizations at dozens of events around the country each year focusing on dentistry, endodontics and oral pathology.

Dr. Landwehr’s ongoing work has positioned him at the forefront of modern endodontic treatment.

Dr. David Landwehr earned his D.D.S. at the University of Minnesota. He received an M.S. degree and certificate in oral and maxillofacial pathology at The Ohio State University followed by specialty training in endodontics at the University of Michigan. Dr. Landwehr has been a private practice clinician since 1999 and has provided exemplary patient care at Capital Endodontics in Madison, WI, since 2013. 

Dr. Landwehr’s ongoing work as an educator and opinion leader has positioned him at the forefront of modern endodontic treatment. He has lectured and presented case studies both nationally and internationally. Dr. Landwehr served as the Chief of Endodontics for the Meriter Hospital general practice residency for more than 10 years. Dr. Landwehr authored the chapter titled Lesions That Mimic Endodontic Pathosis for the most recent editions of Cohen’s Pathways of the Pulp and contributed to a chapter on the endodontic applications of CBCT in Maxillofacial Cone Beam Computed Tomography. His teaching focuses on techniques used daily in his clinical practice that are efficient, predictable, and evidence-based.
